Introduction

This tasty spread is great on sandwiches or with fresh-cut veggies.

Ingredients

1 avocado
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mash in a bowl with a fork until combined.
Serve immediately. If storing (up to overnight), press plastic onto the surface to avoid oxidation (browning).
