My Gramma's Egg Noodles

Introduction
My grandma taught me how to make these rich and fluffy noodles. She does not use measuring spoons yet her food turns out great every time!
Ingredients
1 cup white flour (or whole wheat)
1 large fresh egg
1/2 eggshell full of water (like I said she doesn't use measuring spoons)

Directions
Mix all ingredients until combined. Roll out on lightly floured countertop. They are very dry noodles. Cut into 1/4 inch strips.
Place in boiling water or broth until they float.
Makes approximately 5 servings.
